Tracking

Your tracking email will be sent within 1–3 business days after you place your order.
Once your package is processed and picked up, you will receive a tracking link straight to your inbox.

We ship with USPS and UPS.
Standard shipments typically go out via USPS, and expedited orders may ship with UPS.

Some carriers may have delayed scan updates, even while your package is moving normally.
If your tracking has not updated for several days, our team can check on it for you.

If your order has not shipped yet, email us as soon as possible.
Some orders begin processing within 1–2 hours, so address changes cannot be guaranteed

Shipping

Yes — orders $65+ ship free within the US.

In the USA, Standard Shipping is available for most domestic locations via USPS, UPS, or FedEx (3–7 business days after fulfillment) for $6.95. Standard Shipping is free for all orders over $65 within the continental USA (does not apply to Priority Shipping Methods).

Priority Shipping is required for Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and APO/FPO for $13.95 and ships via USPS Priority. Delivery times may vary and may take longer depending on carrier restrictions and regional processing times.


International shipping will be introduced once our fulfillment network expands, and we will update all country-specific shipping rates at that time.

Return and Refunds

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Contact us (please include your order number), and our team will help you with the return process and any questions you may have. Lightly used items are eligible for return, though we cannot accept products that are heavily used, nearly empty, or damaged through regular wear.

Please note that Popkle reserves the right to refuse or limit refunds if we determine that our return policy is being misused.
