Application

Dispense a small amount of Pop Base onto palm. Add 1-2 Popkle Boba Pearls of your choice and blend together in your palm. Apply evenly to clean skin and gently massage until absorbed.

For extra targeted treatment, Pop Glow Boba Pearls may also be used directly on skin without the Pop Base if preferred.
